Acoustic Blade milled wooden panels

When entering a conference room, auditorium or university classroom, you always hope to be able to hear the mediator’s speech, the musician’s music or the professor’s lecture at a good level of understanding, without suffering from a bad acoustics.

We often do not realize how important it is to pay attention to the noise pollution levels that surround us and how much it can affect our psychophysical well-being. It is increasingly necessary that the acoustic requirements be observed in the spaces of collective use that we frequent every day, from the office to various types of recreational centers.

A good acoustic atmosphere is not the only requirement that we expect to meet in these environments. Our look, in fact, has become increasingly demanding, so much so that we hope to find aesthetic care and refinement in all those places that are part of our daily life.

Description

The Acoustic Blade wooden acoustic panels meet this dual need, characterized by their attractive, refined, modern design and their high acoustic performance, given their high acoustic absorption coefficient.

The careful processing of the panels and the choice of the best wood essences add additional value to the surfaces on which they are applied, giving them a highly decorative appearance and offering a strong visual impact to the eye.

Acoustic Blade acoustic panels are designed to optimize the acoustic performance of the interior architectural environments of offices, meeting and conference rooms, restaurants, auditoriums, university classrooms and all those environments for collective use where it is necessary to control the Reverberation Time.

Acoustic Blade wood acoustic panels consist of an exposed slatted surface and a perforated surface on the back. The different size of the holes, the space between two holes, as well as the different percentage of perforated surface, are the parameters that differentiate the various types of the Acoustic Blade panel range both from an aesthetic and a technical point of view. The customer is offered the opportunity to choose the panel that best suits their technical and architectural design needs, allowing excellent acoustic correction together with a high aesthetic level.

Mounting system

Acoustic Blade wooden acoustic panels can be installed on the wall and ceiling. Depending on the type of fixing, the mounting systems can be inspectable and not inspectable. We offer various possibilities for mounting the panels on wooden uprights or metal structures (omega profile), with the addition of clips or directly on the structure:

  • wall: the milled edges of the panels are mechanized for an invisible interlocking fixing (system cannot be inspectable).
  • Ceiling: the panels are also ideal as a false ceiling due to their adaptability to all existing fastening systems and profiles on the market. Modular mounting profiles type T24 made of steel are used. The edges of the panels are mechanized for an inspectable visible fixing or for an invisible interlocking fixing that cannot be inspectable.

For an optimal sound absorption coefficient in class “A” it is necessary to provide a space of at least 30/40 mm between the wall and the back of the milled panels for the insertion of a mineral fiber or polyester mattress with a density of 30 -40 kg / m3.

Customization of the milled wood panels

Acoustic Blade wood acoustic panels can offer an even more personalized decorative result. It is possible to reproduce customized images and patterns by changing the size of the milling holes and the distance between them.

We also offer other wood acoustic panels:

  • Drill Acoustic, perforated wood panels, for more information and photos click here;
  • Micro Acoustic, micro-perforated wood panels, for more information and photos click here;
  • Groovy Acoustic, slotted wood panels, for more information and photos click here.

Materials and finishes

Acoustic Blade acoustic panels are made of standard or fireproof MDF wood fiber. The surface finishes of our panels are available in a wide range of natural wood veneers, painted or lacquered in RAL or NCS, in HPL laminate and in melamine.

Acoustic Blade panels can also be made of mass-colored MDF or plywood.

We have a series of accessories to improve the finishes of the installations (decorative panels, skirting boards, corners, profiles and finishing edges, etc.).
