BuzziSpace room dividers

The BuzziSpace collection of room dividers presents numerous solutions of various types that allow to satisfy various needs, both from a technical and aesthetic point of view.

In workspaces and public spaces, the need often arises to divide the rooms into several areas and this can happen for different purposes: better management of the space, a division of the environment into well-defined compartments from a functional point of view, a resolution of the typical problems related to the acoustics of openspace environments.

These one, in fact, are interesting from a conceptual point of view, but absolutely devoid of a spatial distribution that allows to divide and isolate the different areas also with regard to the acoustic aspect.

This consequently causes obvious problems related to the diffusion of noises which, finding no barrier, spread freely and add up to each other, generating numerous problems related to reverberation and a consequent low level of acoustic comfort, a fundamental value in open space spaces.

BuzziSpace room dividers are therefore created to solve these problems with a refined touch of design. BuzziSpace thought it was essential to also take care of their style in order to improve the technical aspect of the acoustics of the rooms, but also their decorative aspect.

BuzziSpace room dividers can be considered more than just sound-absorbing room dividers. Their design with attention to every little detail, from the shape, colors and covering fabrics, transforms them into real furnishing accessories that help to improve the acoustic comfort of the spaces and to get better the aesthetics of the rooms.

BuzziSpace dividers offer excellent acoustic performances which in BuzziBlinds Classic and BuzziBlinds are determined by an internal core made of S-shaped aluminum fins specifically designed to capture sound waves covered in sound-absorbing felt. In the BuzziFree and BuzziCactus, on the other hand, they are determined by a honeycomb cardboard core that captures the sound waves and allows them to be transmitted between the various parts and by the large acoustic foam surface covered in fabric that guarantees excellent acoustic performance.

Types of dividers

The following are part of the BuzziSpace separator collection:

BuzziBlinds Classic: self-supporting divider that draws inspiration from modernist architecture. It is made up of five rotating acoustic panels that can be open, closed or semi-closed according to the degree of privacy that is required, thus simulating the movement of the sunshades typical of the modernist facades of the architect Oscar Niemeyer. They have a support base in powder-coated metal that can be linear (regular) or curved (curved).

BuzziBlinds: it has the same structural and acoustic performance characteristics as the BuzziBlinds Classic, but comes with different shapes and finishes of the covering.
The particular V-cut processing gives an appearance with an architectural character to the rotating panels, as does the choice of BuzziFelt Printed covering or arched or semi-arched geometric shapes that further accentuate their decorative value within an espace.

BuzziFree: self-supporting room divider, with a simple design suitable for dividing a room into two parts and improving visual and acoustic comfort. On its surface it is possible to post post-its, sheets, also acting as a “memo” on the wall. They have a support base in powder-coated metal.

BuzziCactus: self-supporting room divider which, in addition to performing the function of sound absorption, also affects the style of the rooms thanks to its particular design, whose shape and texture reproduce that of a cactus. In addition, its surface can also become a reminder by applying post-its, sheets, etc. Their support base is made of powder-coated metal.

The BuzziCactus comes in three different versions: BuzziCactus Gringo, BuzziCactus Taco, BuzziCactus TexMex.

Ease of installation

The BuzziBlinds ClassicBuzziBlindsBuzziFree e BuzziCactus room dividers are self-supporting and have a support base in powder-coated metal. They can be easily inserted and moved in any type of environment.

Finishes

The BuzziSpace line of office dividers presents: for the BuzziBlinds, an aluminum core covered in BuzziFelt sound-absorbing felt; while for the BuzziFree and BuzziCactus an internal honeycomb cardboard structure and padding made of acoustic foam and fabric (BuzziCactus) or BuzziFelt (BuzziFree) covering.

For all types of acoustic separators it is possible to request a second covering layer, the feasibility of which, however, depends on the size of the product (see specifications in the Dimensions and technical features section).
